🐾 Get Ready for the 2026 Forest Friends Scavenger Hunt!
Calling all nature explorers! The Rocky River Parks and Recreation Foundation invites you to step into the wild and join our "Forest Friends" scavenger hunt. This summer, our beautiful local parks are playing host to some hidden woodland neighbors, and we need you to find them!

Dates: Sunday, June 13th – Sunday, July 11th
Location: Across all 10 of Rocky River’s stunning parks!
🗺️ How to Play
Seek Out the Friends: Explore the trails and green spaces of our 10 parks. Hidden somewhere in each park is a special "Forest Friend" waiting to meet you.
Scan & Solve: Each friend has a unique QR code. Scan it with your phone to reveal a secret nature clue or a fun forest fact!
Enter to Win: Carefully submit your answer and info through the digital form. Each correct answer serves as an entry into our Prize Raffle—the more parks you visit, the better your chances!
📝 Prefer the "Old School" Path?
If you’d rather leave the tech behind and go analog, we’ve got you covered!
Pick Up: Grab an official "Forest Friends" fact sheet and answer form at the Civic Center front desk.
Return: Once you’ve tracked down the answers in the parks, drop your completed form back at the desk to make sure your entries are counted.
